Rev. Dr. Cynthia L. Hale, founding and senior pastor of Ray of Hope Christian Church in Decatur, Georgia, boasts 45 years of ministry experience. She founded ELAH Pastoral Ministries, Inc., fostering mentorship for pastors and para-church leaders. Author of I’m A Piece of Work: Sisters Shaped by God (2010), Dr. Hale chairs the IC3 Conference Board, leads the Hampton University Ministers’ Conference, and serves on various boards, including Hollins University and Duke Divinity School.
