Cody Rooney lives in Massachusetts and currently attends the University of Massachusetts, majoring in political science. He is a passionate advocate who brings a passion for disability rights, education, and economic inclusion to his civic engagement. Cody is a citizen member of the Massachusetts Developmental Disabilities Council, and an organizer with A New Deal For Youth. He believes in making a space for our youth to lead us into the future, and this drives his work as a Youth Policy Consultant, and involvement in other youth-centered initiatives. He brings his expertise to improve education and workforce opportunities for young people and is excited for everyone to listen to his episodes and those of his fellow YPCs!
