The Polar Bears of Martha’s Vineyard is an intergenerational, diverse, social group of people who are dedicated to health and wellness. The Polar Bears meet every day at 7:30 AM at Inkwell Beach between 4th of July and Labor Day for swimming and water aerobics.
On the morning of Wednesday, August 5, members of the CDF team will be joining in. If you are on the Vineyard, come find us.
