  • National Urban League
    The Urban League is the nation's oldest and largest community-based movement devoted to empowering African Americans to enter the economic and social mainstream.
  • National Women's Law Center
    The Center focuses on making the law an public policies work for women and their families - particularly around education, employment, family economic security and health.
  • New America Foundation
    The New America Foundation is a nonprofit, nonpartisan public policy institute that invests in new thinkers and new ideas to address the next generation of challenges facing the United States.
  • North America Council of Adoptable Children (NACAC)
    NACAC promotes and supports permanent families for children and youth in the U.S. and Canada who have been in care—especially those in foster care and those with special needs. NACAC focuses its program services in four areas: public policy advocacy, parent leadership capacity building, education and information sharing, and adoption support.
  • Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention
    OJJDP supports states, local communities, and tribal jurisdictions in their efforts to develop and implement effective programs for juveniles. The Office strives to strengthen the juvenile justice system's efforts to protect public safety, hold offenders accountable, and provide services that address the needs of youth and their families
  • One Voice
    One Voice supports the need for strong prevention and early intervention programs, and the ability to maximize federal funding for health and human service programs in Texas, so that we can "Keep Texas dollars working in Texas."
  • Open Society Institute
    The Open Society Institute (OSI), a private operating and grantmaking foundation, aims to shape public policy to promote democratic governance, human rights, and economic, legal, and social reform. On a local level, OSI implements a range of initiatives to support the rule of law, education, public health, and independent media. At the same time, OSI works to build alliances across borders and continents on issues such as combating corruption and rights abuses.

    Para Los Ninos is a nonproft family resource organization designed to bring children from some of Los Angeles' most challenging communities out of poverty and on to brighter more successful futures.

    PolicyLink is a national research and action institute advancing economic and social equity by Lifting Up What Works.® A key arena of its equitable development policy work focuses on achieving the fair distribution of affordable housing throughout regions.
  • Pre K NOW
    Pre-K Now is a public education and advocacy organization that advances high-quality, voluntary pre-kindergarten for all three and four year olds. Supported by The Pew Charitable Trusts and other funders and a project of the Institute for Educational Leadership, Pre-K Now is a trusted resource for policy information and a strong partner for pre-k advocacy.

    The Prison Law Office strives to improve the living conditions of California state prisoners by providing free legal services.
