Paige Bussanich

Associate Director of Child and Adolescent Health, the Association of Maternal and Child Health Programs

Paige Bussanich is a seasoned public health leader with over a decade of experience driving systems-level change to improve outcomes for children and families. She currently serves as Associate Director of Child and Adolescent Health at the Association of Maternal and Child Health Programs (AMCHP), where she leads strategic initiatives and supervises federal cooperative agreements, including several funded by HRSA’s Maternal and Child Health Bureau.

Paige brings twelve years of research, evaluation, and outreach experience and nine years of public health program leadership aimed at building the capacity of institutions to engage in systems change efforts to advance equitable outcomes across the lifespan, specifically for children with disabilities and their families. Her expertise includes data-driven decision-making, facilitation of systems change frameworks, strategic implementation, budget development, personnel management, evaluation, and engaging underserved populations in the co-creation of sustainable and inclusive health programs. She has directed federally funded resource and technical assistance centers, highly impactful leadership development programs for the Title V CYSHCN workforce, and sustainable cross-systems capacity building opportunities.
