Cliff Sarkin
Senior Policy Associate, CDF-CA
Clifford Sarkin is a Senior Policy Associate in the California Office of the Children's Defense Fund. He conducts policy advocacy on children's poverty issues in the state. Through helping draft legislation, issue research, policy analysis, public testimony and direct and grassroots lobbying, he leads CDF-CA's effort as part of the 100% Campaign—a coalition whose mission is to achieve comprehensive health insurance for all children in the state through Medicaid and SCHIP program expansion and further investment in outreach, enrollment and utilization activities.
Mr. Sarkin received a B.A. with Honors in political science from U.C. Berkeley and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
