On April 15, 2010, CDF-Texas will celebrate our 11th annual Beat the Odds scholarship awards in Houston at the River Oaks Country Club. The dinner will honor Philamena and Arthur Baird and award college scholarships to six extraordinary Houston area youth. Ed Smith and Sharon M. Owens will serve as event chairs.
