Welcome to the Youth Leadership Network for Children (YLNC) Virtual Community – the Children’s Defense Fund’s (CDF) online space created just for you!

The energy, enthusiasm, leadership and courage that have always characterized young people working for social change exists today in the hearts, minds and talent of young adults just like you.  Working together through the YLNC, we can build and sustain a social movement to improve the lives of all children in America.

CDF is committed to equipping young leaders with the knowledge, tools and skills to be more effective leaders and advocates for children.  The YLNC Virtual Community exists to provide you with these resources and to link you to other like-minded leaders across the country.  Together, let’s work to ensure that real change for children is realized.

	Organizing Corner Get the resources and tools you need to organize your community or campus to support and advance children’s issues in the Organizing Center.
	Interactive Action Map This will be a place where you can learn more about the actions your fellow YLNC members are organizing across the country through an Interactive Action Map. Help us build this map, by telling us know what you're doing in your community.
	Professional Development Center Access information in the Professional Development Center that will help you build your career and achieve your professional goals to be a better advocate for children.
	YLNC Photo and Video Gallery Check out the YLNC Photo and Video Gallery to see some of the work YLNC members are doing on behalf of children. Upload photos and video of the work that you’re doing.
