Ms. Mary Fennell is the Office Manager at the CDF Marlboro County office in Bennettsville, South Carolina.  She is a native of Marlboro County.  Mary has a degree in business with a major in accounting from Florence-Darlington Technical College.  She joined the Children’s Defense Fund in 1995 as an Office Assistant and assumed her current position in 1996.
