New library a bright spot in poor, rural SC county

When she was a child in rural South Carolina in the 1950s, Marian Wright could not use the Marlboro County Public Library because she was black. On Sunday, she will be more than welcome when the county holds the grand opening for the $4.7 million Marian Wright Edelman Public Library.
