Marian Wright Edelman and grandparents and grandchildren from all over the country came to the West Lawn of the Capitol in Washington, D.C., to participate in the 2003 National GrandRally. The GrandRally is an historic gathering of grandparents and other relative caregivers from across the country that brings attention to the needs of children and kinship care families.- - Audio
