TRAVEL TO CINCINNATI

The Conference is being held at the Duke Energy Convention Center, 525 Elm Street, Cincinnati, Ohio. Discounted room blocks have been secured at the Millennium Hotel.

Attendees to the conference are responsible for reserving and paying for their own hotel accommodations. Discounted rooms at the Millennium are limited and available until July 13 or until sold out. In order to take advantage of these discounted rates, attendees should reserve their rooms as soon as possible by visiting the link below or by calling the hotel reservations number and identifying themselves as attendees to the CDF's National Conference.

Rates quoted are per night and exclusive of tax (currently 17%) which will be added to the per night charge. Additional charges may be incurred for triple or quad occupancy.

DISCOUNTED AIRFARE

Delta Air Lines is offering discount tickets to and from our conference in Cincinnati, Ohio. We are pleased to provide this tool that may help to lower your costs and reduce expenses. The discount is valid from July 19, 2012 to July 28, 2012. You may still find more economical fares on other travel sites, but we wanted to inform you of this tool for your convenience.

• You will need to provide the designator NME4D when purchasing individual Air Line tickets.
• You would provide the designator NG6QV if there are 10 or more traveling to and from the conference together.
• You are eligible for a 5% discount on a coach fare and 10% off first class.
