CDF Emerging Leaders^® Program - Spring Institute

The CDF Emerging Leaders Spring Institute was held annually from 1999-2007. The Spring Institute allowed the fellowship network to meet, deepen their expertise, and exchange best practices.

The Spring Institute included:

sessions on the federal process, featuring staff and experts from Congress, the Administration, and the national advocacy community,
national and state legislative updates, including a lobby day and
continued leadership development.

The 2007 Spring Institute was held April 15-18 at the Phoenix Park Hotel in Washington, D.C., with 53 participants from 24 states. (View photos from the event.)
