CDF Emerging Leaders^® Program - Fall Institute

The Fall Institute helped CDF Emerging Leaders participants explore their leadership abilities, their roles as activists, relationships with other leaders, and action plans. Attendees received information on our policy and advocacy work, including the history of child care and early education policy, and sharpening advocacy skills. At the close of the Fall Institute, each fellow drafted a commitment to action statement to guide his or her continued involvement with the network.

This four-day retreat supported personal reflection, team building, and peer-to-peer learning.
