The new report "Avoiding the Pitfalls of Refund Anticipation Loans in Ohio" by the Children's Defense Fund asks and provides examples of ways that individuals, communities and policy makers to step up and take action to lift children out of poverty by helping their working families keep more of the benefits they've earned.
