Ensure Health Care Reform Includes Health Coverage for All Children

Join us in sending at least 5,000 letters to Members of Congress urging them to provide health coverage for all children!

There is growing momentum for our new President and Congress to take up health care reform this year and we want to make sure that any reform legislation includes health coverage for all children. Our new President ran on a promise of health coverage for every child and we want to make that promise a reality in 2009.Join CDF and the thousands of other child advocates in writing a letter to your Members of Congress.

Step 1: Find out who your Members of Congress are. Visit congressmerge.com to find the names of your current Members of Congress. 

Step 2: Write three letters. Write one to your Congressperson and one to each of your Senators. Here is a sample letter to help guide your writing.

Step 3: Send your letters to the Children's Defense Fund. We will combine your letters with others from your state and Congressional district and deliver them all at once.
