Sarah Esposito is a rising senior at the State University of New York College at Geneseo, majoring in History with a minor in Human Development. Her passion for being an emphatic voice for children led Sarah to intern in New York City at the Children’s Law Center in the summer of 2014, where she gained hands on child advocacy skills. Sarah’s desire to further her experience with advocacy policy, led her to the Children’s Defense Fund, where she was a part of the Child Welfare and Mental Health policy team. After graduating, Sarah plans to attend law school, and hopes to use the skills she has gained at CDF to pursue a career in child advocacy and to increase prevention and services that ensure stable caring homes for neglected and abused children.
