CDF fully understands the need for consistent, quality education beginning in a child’s earliest years. The Early Childhood Development staff work to support high quality early childhood development programs and policies that will ensure every child a Head Start in life.
Interns will contribute to policy analysis, advocacy, research, and coalition building around early childhood development. Additionally, interns prepare research briefs and fact sheets, analyze legislative and fiscal policies, monitor hearings and briefings on Capitol Hill and represent CDF at advocacy group meetings.
