Chandra Plowden

Chandra Plowden

Chandra Plowden is a Diversity of Views and Experiences Fellow at the Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. As a Masters of Public Policy candidate, Chandra’s research and policy interests focus around educational inequities facing children of color, specifically Black gifted/talented children. She earned two Bachelors’ of Arts in English and Political Science at Columbia College in Columbia, SC. This summer is her second time serving as an intern at CDF. Currently, Chandra is conducting survey and methodological research on educational services provided to adjudicated youth with the Juvenile Justice team.
